Returns Policy

I really hope you love your new clothes but if you are not happy with your item(s), please contact me within 7 days of receiving them & we can discuss what is best to do. If you do not like  your item I can offer a refund (minus postage) but the item must be unworn and in it’s original condition. Please contact me first before posting any item back.

I double (& triple) check everything I make but I am human & mistakes sometimes happen! Please just let me know of any faults as soon as you receive/wear your garment again within 7 days. I will repair any faults (provided the garment is unworn & has arrived faulty) or replace the item in the unlikely event this isn’t possible.

Please please check the sizing guides before making your purchase. Alterations to items already purchased & made also take a huge amount of time which I do not include when I price my items. I can make alterations but would need to charge £10/hour to do them.

Some items have a sample which can be borrowed to check the sizing & fit. All products have detailed measurements either on their product description or directly linked on their product description so they are easy to find. Contact me if you have any queries.

I am unable to offer a refund on any item that has been made to measure. Please do contact me though & we can discuss if there is anything that can be done.
